I first met Carl in 1991. He was my team leader for the non-filer program. We worked together for several years and I always had a great time with Carl. Although we did not agree on everything, at the end of the day, we would go for a beer and forget about work. Carl was a great guy, open to everyone and always there for you. He will be dearly missed. My condolences to the family.

I remember what a rascal Carl could be at work. A rascal yes, but a smart and helpful individual when it came to getting the work done. Had some good laughs that made those tough work days almost enjoyable.
Our condolences to Carl's dear wife Brenda, his family and friends.
