Obituary of Margaret LaRocque

(Nee Cotnam)

Passed away peacefully at home, on her own terms on November 22, 2024.  Loved wife of the late Edward LaRocque, dear mom of Christine (John Berthelet) and Philip.  Loving Gran to Connor (Laurie Crockett) and Taylor (Kaleigh Atkinson) and Great Gran to Olivia, Oakley and Kinsley.  Margaret loved her family fiercely and will be missed by many but will always be in our hearts.  Predeceased by her sister Laura Keiller and brothers Harold and Clifton Cotnam. 

Private family service. A reception will be held at the Pinecrest Reception Centre, 2500 Baseline Road on Monday, December 2^nd, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  For those wishing to make a charitable donation please consider one of Margaret’s chosen organizations, The Snowsuit Fund, Ottawa Food Bank , Ottawa Mission or the Shepherd’s of Good Hope.
