Obituary of Joanne Katherine Lavigne

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Joanne Katherine Lavigne at 9:33PM on Sunday March 3rd, 2024 after a yearlong courageous battle with cancer. A beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend.

Joanne was predeceased by her loving father Delbert, mother Jeanette, sister Patricia and brother Robert.

She will be forever missed by her daughter Jessica(Aaron) and surviving siblings Christine and Thomas(MJ). Loving Aunt to Ashlie(Josh), Jamie(Blair) Samantha, Phil, Tom, Eric, Patrick and Taylor. Great Aunt to Aria and Elora.

Loved by many uncles, cousins and aunts.

Special thank you to Dr. Douglas and the entire staff at Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice for providing the most amazing care to Joanne and our family. Thank you to the Santino family for all of their care and support as well as all others who supported the family through this time.
