Obituary of Ann McIlraith

In the early hours of Thursday October 12, 2023, Ann (nee Stosiak) aged 96 peacefully passed away. Predeceased by her loving husband Donald (2003).  Survived by her daughter Susan Flatters (Michael), her son Robert and grandsons Timothy, Kelly and John Flatters.

Born and raised in Montreal, Ann was the 8th of 9 siblings.  Ann was working with the Harris Advertising Agency when she met Don, an RCAF fighter pilot (F-86 Sabre) and became a military wife stationed across Canada and Europe finally settling in Ottawa.

Honouring Ann's wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service. A private celebration of life will follow at a later date.
