Obituary of Jeff Ronald Lassenba

Jeffrey Ronald Lassenba, 62 years, of Nepean, Ontario, peacefully passed away in hospital with family by his side on September 3, 2023. 

Jeffrey was born in Buckingham, Quebec to Ronald Lassenba and Lois Firobin on December 14, 1961. Jeffrey worked in grocery retail.  Jeffrey enjoyed the outdoors, skiing, hunting, fishing and summers camping in Vermont. 

Jeffrey is survived by his girlfriend Valerie Butler, his mother Lois Lassenba (Firobin) of Nepean. Brother to Lori McFarlane (Steve), and Mark Lassenba (Kristi). Cherished uncle to Hunter McFarlane (Sea), to Brayden and Landon (Kayla)Lassenba. Cousin to Brenda Schoenermarck (Firobin). Jeffrey was preceded in death by his sister Lynn Lassenba, and father Ronald Lassenba. 

The family wishes to extend their gratitude the staff of St. Vincent Bryere Hospital.
A private graveside service will be held at Pinecrest Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to The Caldwell Community Food Bank and The Ottawa Heart Institute.
