Obituary of Gwendolyn Hughes

It's with great sadness that we announce that Gwendolyn Dawn passed away peacefully in hospital on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at the age of 89. Devoted wife to loving husband Frank Hughes, celebrating 60 years of marriage last October. Proud and loving mother of Gregory (Amy) and Lisa (James) and proud and loving grandmother of Brittany (Serge), Maya and Abigail and proud and loving great-grandmother to Joseph (J.D.) and Lily Belle. Survived by her three younger brothers, Gordon (Beverly), Brian and William (The late Janet). Auntie to Kelly, Jeff, Robyn and Gavin.

A special thanks to the QCH palliative nursing staff, in particular Stephanie and Xavier.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel on Monday, August 21, 2023, at 1:00 pm.
