Obituary of Dorothy Florida Grace (nee Grenon)

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Dorothy, in her 98^th year. She will be reunited with her husband Gene. Predeceased by her siblings: Roger, Maurice, Bertha, Rene and Laurette. Beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews. 42 year career at National Defense. Avid Blue Jays and Ottawa Roughrider fan and skilled euchre player. The family would like to thank the staff of the Assisted Living floor at Stillwater Creek for their support and care of Dorothy over the past months, as well as the tender care provided by the C-4 nursing and palliative care team, Queensway Carleton Hospital.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 153 Woodroffe Avenue. A reception will follow in the church hall. Interment will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Capital Memorial Gardens, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive.
