Mrs. Makila's warmth, kindness and generosity are greatly missed. She always welcomed me into her home and at the camp, and I made a point of chatting with her when I'd phone Debbi, just because it was so very pleasant to do so. Happily, she passed her beautiful smile on to her children, whom she loved beyond compare. Nancy, Brian, Allan and families, may wonderful memories of your mom help ease the pain of her absence.
