We send our most heartfelt condolences from the extended family in the US. With the family spread all over the world, we considered ourselves fortunate that were were able to see you as many times in our lives as we had managed.
Scraps of memories of visits to our Canadian branch of the family are going to be held dear to us as there was only one Auntie Lore.
I remember the time you sent the two US foreigners out for milk and we couldn't find it for the life of us, because Canadians bagged theirs and we couldn't figure out where the bottles were (we to this day still get ours in bottles)! Your country may have had the coldest of winters that were chilling to the bone, but you had one of the warmest hearts around.
You raised some amazing cousins. Even across the miles, your US family will miss you.
Lore, you will always be my Auntie.
To Christa, you will forever be her sister.
I found a memory from the past I kept all these years.....happier times.
