Obituary of John Morton Findlay

John Morton Findlay, 66, of Ottawa, Ontario, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 19th, 2022, in his residence. John is survived by his son Michael Christopher Findlay, daughter Rebecca Lynne Nixon Findlay, his sister Heather Norris (Findlay), nephew Paul, niece April & many cousins. He is predeceased by his parents John A. Findlay and Lala Josephine (Nixon) Findlay.

John was an active member in the Nepean Community. John had many jobs over the years. He was a mechanic, worked in construction, and had other trade type jobs. John also started his own business Shade Tree Landscaping & Snowplowing. He was very neighborly and willing to help anyone in need. He will be missed dearly.  In Memory of John, please consider a donation to The Kidney Foundation of Canada or a local Animal Shelter. John will be buried at the Elmview Cemetery in Kars, Ontario.
