Obituary of Zofia Fronc

FRONC, Zofia

April 14, 1939 – December 6, 2022

It is with heavy hearts we announce Zofia passed away at home with family by her side on December 6, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Andrzej, mother of John (Elizabeth) and Natalia (Jason) and grandmother of Aleksander, Emilia, Izabela, Ethan and Reese. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. A special thank you to Dr. Asmis and the Cancer Team at the Ottawa Hospital; Dr. Katelyn Lalonde (family doctor) and the Bruyere Palliative Care Team.

Family and friends may pay respects at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre on Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Prayers will be offered at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Hyacinth R.C. Church, 201 Lebreton St. N, Ottawa on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation or St. Hyacinth Mission Fund. 

A committed wife, mother and grandmother will be joining her husband that she took care of for many years.
