Sharon, Debbie, Stephen and the entire Cowley gang. My heart goes out to you. I have fond memories of the chats I had with Rose at many a Citizen gathering. Rose and Bill were such fine, caring and wonderful people.

I loved and adored Mrs. Cowley, I will forever cherish her and Mr. Cowley, in my heart. She made me smile, she made me laugh, she made my life better by being a part of it.

Cyd, Shawn and I send our deepest condolences to the family. Rose was a second mom to Cyd, Shawn loved his "Gramma Rose", and always gave up some trick-or-treating on Halloween so he had time to go visit her. I remember when Joe showed her his new socks (again) on his 95th birthday. She was a woman who loved life, and she will be sorely missed by all.
