Obituary of Marie Isabelle Claire Lauzon-Kell (nee Michaud)

The family of Marie Isabelle Claire Lauzon-Kell (nee Michaud) of Ottawa is saddened to announce her passing on Friday, November 4th, 2022 at the age of 81 years. Born February 15th, 1941 in Ottawa, Ontario, she was the daughter of Louis Philippe and Eugénie Michaud. She studied nursing, married and became a full-time homemaker to raise her three children.

She is survived by her first husband Gilbert Lauzon (Francine), sons Alain (Gina, AnhThu) and Michel, grandchildren Anhia, Adéane, Hannah, and Claire, sister Louise, and close cousin Cathy.

She was predeceased by her second husband Harvey Kell (1997), daughter Chantal (1997), sister Denise (2008), and brother Louis (2005).

A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa on Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Inurnment will follow, for close family members.

The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the St. Patrick's Home of Ottawa and the Résidence Montfort Renaissance for their care and compassion.

La famille de Marie Isabelle Claire Lauzon-Kell (née Michaud) d'Ottawa a le regret d'annoncer son décès le vendredi 4 novembre 2022 à l'âge de 81 ans. Née le 15 février 1941 à Ottawa, Ontario, elle était la fille de Louis Philippe et Eugénie Michaud. Elle a étudié les soins infirmiers, s'est mariée et est devenue une femme au foyer à temps plein pour élever ses trois enfants.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son premier mari Gilbert Lauzon (Francine), ses fils Alain (Gina, AnhThu) et Michel, ses petits-enfants Anhia, Adéane, Hannah et Claire, sa sœur Louise et sa cousine proche Cathy.

Elle a été précédée par son deuxième mari Harvey Kell (1997), sa fille Chantal (1997), sa sœur Denise (2008) et son frère Louis (2005).

Une visite commémorative aura lieu au Centre des visites Pinecrest, 2500, chemin Baseline, Ottawa le samedi 26 novembre 2022 de 10 h à 12 h. L'inhumation suivra, pour les membres de la famille proche.
