Obituary of James Arthur Pankhurst

Passed away peacefully on November 06 at the age of 89.  Predeceased by his wife Shirley Catherine (nee MacDonald).  Father of Lynn Callaghan (Gary) and Grandfather of Chris Callaghan (Mireille) and Lisa Hash (Robin).  Great- grandfather to Cali and Brody Hash.  James served 27 years with the Canadian Air Force followed by 12 years with the Department of National Defence.  James was involved in sports for most of his life, including softball, badminton, curling and golf.  He continued to golf well into his mid-70’s.  Special thanks to the staff at Hazeldean Gardens Retirement Residence for their excellent care and compassion.
