Carol and Don loved to travel, and Ireland was a special place for her. Carol adored dogs, who always brought her much happiness, even in her last days. Granny will always be remembered for teaching her grandchildren cribbage and baking them her famous ginger cookies and butter tarts. Carol was a thoughtful and caring woman who spent her life thinking of others. She always surrounded herself with her friends and family, which is where she felt most happy and loved. Carol always greeted everyone with her beautiful smile, which lit up the room until her last moments. Carol will be deeply missed by all.
