Obituary of Peter Gray

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peter William Gray.  Peter passed away on Monday, July 25^th, 2022 at the age of 77 in the loving company of his wife and daughter.  Dear son of the late William and Rhoda (Hayes) Gray of Ottawa, Ontario; devoted husband of Marilyn (Hodgins) Gray of Ottawa, Ontario; loving father of Melissa Gray-Washington (Kweli E. Washington) of Philadelphia, PA; proud grandfather of Gray and Yves Washington; beloved brother to Jane (Gray) Maloney of Gatineau, Quebec.  Peter will be missed by his many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.  The family would like to thank the kind physicians and nurses at the Ottawa Heart Institute for their care and compassion.  A memorial service and visitation will be held Sunday, July 31^st from 1pm to 3pm at Pinecrest Remembrance Services, 2500 Baseline Road.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation or the Trans Canada Trail.
