Obituary of Thomas "Tom" Bergeron

Thomas Paul Bergeron

1957-2022

It is with deep sadness that our family announce the tragic passing of Tom on July 1, 2022. Beloved husband of 47 years to Nicole. Loving father of Amie and Adam and his wife Dana.  Proud grandfather of Ryleigh and predeceased by Ellyson.   Dear brother of Noella, Annette, Ronald, Jean, Joseph, Deborah and Steven.  Predeceased by Claire, Albert, Louise, Ida, Lionel, Gale, Daniel, Garry, Carol.  Uncle to 46, and countless Great, Great-Great and Great-Great-Great nieces and nephews.  He will be missed by his family and countless friends.

His teenage years were his love of mechanics the smell of gasoline and a motor to fix. Times changed, he became a family man enjoying cottage life, raising children, the love of dining, and cinema of all genres. He selfishly saved a granddaughter and now holds another. A man who will be remembered as a big personality with an even bigger heart.

The family want to thank the unidentified woman who gave comfort and care to Ryleigh, for her compassion and kindness helped a great deal.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Saturday, July 9th from 6pm until 9pm. at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa.

Our family request that visitors please wear a mask.  There will be some on hand at the funeral home.
