Gordon Kenneth Davis

1928 - 2022

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Gord Davis of Stittsville, Ont. He passed away

peacefully on February 2, 2022 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of his late wife of 71 years,

Joan (Woodhouse). Predeceased by his son, Ken Davis and daughter, Heather Latimer. A

brother to the late Graham Davis and sister June Landry. Gordon is survived by his daughters,

Karen Carruthers (David Izzard), Janet Fee (Paul) and Pat Grant (Wayne). He will be missed by

his 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

He was a contributing member of the Royal Canadian Legion of Stittsville for many years and

held different executive positions including President. He was a member of the dart league for

many years, a pastime he thoroughly enjoyed along with playing golf.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ottawa and Renfrew,

1400 Clyde Ave #222 , Nepean , On K2G 3J2 would be appreciated.

Due to Covid restrictions a private family service will be held for both Gord and Joan

on February 19, 2022 at 10:00am.
