Obituary of Joseph Dani

Peacefully on Friday, October 22, 2021, at home with his children by his side. He was born on December 15th, 1942, in Budapest Hungary. The second of five children he moved with his family to Canada in 1956. Joseph loved spending time with his friends and family. He always took the time for his children and visited them often. He was an avid cyclist and loved travelling through Hungary on his bike making friends along the way. Joseph was also into photography and collected classic cameras. He is survived by his children Robin (Sam), Nicholas, Jacqueline (Morgan) and his beloved grandchildren Dante, Darius, Charlotte, Oliver, his sister Anna as well as his nieces and nephew. He touched the hearts of many people and will also be missed by many lifelong friends. Above all, he will be remembered for his kindness and gentle heart. Honouring Josephs wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Graveside Service at Pinecrest Cemetery, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa on Friday November 12th at 11:00 am.
