Born in Manchester, England; dear husband of Elizabeth.

He will be sadly missed by his son Jason (Penny); eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also sadly missed by his stepchildren Jason (Karlene); Natalie; and Rachel (Pierre); his brothers-in-law Jim (Linda); George (Pam); John, Manchester, England and many friends in the soccer community.

Special thanks to his friend Zyg and the nurses and doctors on B5 of the Civic Hospital.

Dave worked at General Dynamics Canada for many years as their ballistics expert.

He loved soccer and was Chairman of the EODSA for many years. He was a proud supporter of Manchester United Football Club. Dave was a true English gentleman.

There will be a celebration of life sometime in the future when people can once again gather.
