Obituary of Mary Flynn

At home surrounded by loved ones, Shirley passed away after a long battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Michael. Loving Mother of Erin (John) and Sean (Angela). Proud Nanny of Emma, Aubrey, Elayna, Caleb, Shane, Ava, Makenna. Dear sister of Michael (Paulette), Robert (Shirley), Brian (Sheila), Sharon (Paul - predeceased), Janet (James). Predeceased by her brother Patrick. She was a special aunt to many nieces and nephews and will be missed by many friends and family. Special thanks to The Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus Neurology team, the great staff from Carefor Health and Community Service and the countless others that have helped us through this. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be announced at a later date. For those who wish, donations to the Brain Tumour Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
