I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear about Jeff's passing! I went to school with Jeff and reconnected with him when he was eager to join the Public Service. We met a few times to practice the entry exam and he was so excited when he passed and ultimately received his first offer! Jeff, I hope you are watching down over all of us. Rest in peace

I was shocked to hear of Jeff's passing. I worked with Jeff at PHAC coordinating joint Branch travels. He always had huge dreams on how we could collaborate on doing things more efficiently. I enjoyed his thought process. We had wonderful conversations taking about our dogs and different activities mine did. I'm going to miss our water cooler conversations. Gone way to early and so much more to give. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Our sincere condolence on Jeff’s passing. I was lucky to know Jeff thru tennis. He loved to play and he always had that great backhand shot. His name was on many championship plaques at Craig Henry.
He will be truly missed.

My deepest condolences to the family. I worked with Jeff at PHAC for a number of years until I retired in 2023. He would ask about work matters but also when he was going through personal matters, he would confide in me and also ask me advice even on our own time. He was someone that touched my heart and we would joke about him being my "third" son. He respected me since I was religious and could touch his soul in ways that others would not be able to. I am grateful to have had him in my life. You had a precious son/brother/uncle and he will always remain in your hearts. Now he will totally be in our Heavenly Father's care. Grieve in your own way. Remember, that he is with loved ones that have entered into eternity. With my love and prayers until we meet again, God bless you Jeff.

Jeff has left this world far too soon. It’s hard to believe and so sad that he’s gone before his 39th Birthday. Jeff was passionate about whatever endeavours he pursued, and he had a strong work ethic. Jeff & I shared a love of tennis and I enjoyed our discussions about the great players, especially Federer. I will always remember Jeff’s bear hugs.

I had the privilege of working with Jeff on a few occasions, and even in that short time, he always provided space and time for me to ask questions. I didn’t know about his love for tennis, and his appreciation for sports in general. It's easy to forget that behind every email and meeting is a full and meaningful life. His absence will be deeply felt, and my heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who had the honour of knowing the real him.
