Obituary of Aristide Laurenzio

August 5, 1936 - August 9, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Aristide Laurenzio on August 9, 2025 at age 89.

Aristide was born in Serramonacesca, Italy, in 1936 to Ida (Bergantini) and Vittorio Laurenzio. Loving husband of 66 years to Roberta (Eramo). Loving father of Terry Laurenzio (Nan) and Sylvia Laurenzio. Devoted nonno (grandpa) of Kylie Mannarino (Brendan), Paisley Rotondo (Brandon), Holly Laurenzio. Proud bisnonno (great grampa) of Cayden and Isla. Brother to the late Nicola Laurenzio (Elena Irma), the late Genuina Palombo (late Ettore), Maria Buccione (late Pietro) and Gina Ferrante (late Rocco).

Aristide will be profoundly missed for his love and devotion, generosity and commitment to family and friends, and of course his sense of humour. We extend our warmest thanks to Valley Stream and the Queensway Carleton Hospital for the exceptional care, kindness and compassion towards Aristide and the family.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa ON, K2C 3H9 on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025 at 11:00am. followed by a Celebration of Life and Light Reception from 11:30am- 2:00pm.
