Dear Odette and Family,
Roger was a devoted member of the Ottawa City Hall family. He understood that being a civil servant meant putting the citizens of Ottawa first...that it is an honourable profession. He took pride in his many accomplishments.
Aside from being the perfect professional, he was a really nice guy....part of a team.
He will be missed by all who worked with him but most particularly, you and your family.
May his memory keep him alive.
