I unfortunately just learned of Linda 's passing. I was trying to reach her for awhile to chat and exchange news of our respective lives as we had been doing since our retirement. I always had a great appreciation and admiration for Linda as a co worker and colleague as well as a trustworthy friend at Customs & Excise and Revenue Canada. I could always count on her sound judgment and advice in our field of work at HR. She was always cool and collected when working together on various committees. I will always have fond memories of her. I wish the whole family my most sincerest sympathy on their loss of this beautiful soul.

Dear Rich, Lauren, Adam and family,
Our hearts ache for you at this difficult time. The coffee/tea dates with just the girls (Mary & Betty) won't be the same without Linda. Roy & I will always fondly remember our downhill ski outings at Camp Fortune with you Rich, and Linda. When you took your grandchildren skiing, we always thought, how cool for your grandkids to ski with their grandparents! When I first met Linda and learned we shared the same day of birth, Feb. 15th, I felt a bit of a kindred spirit towards her. Linda, you will be missed .......

Dear Richard, Adam, Lauren, Jimmy, Roger, Martin, and all of your families,
I extend my deepest sympathy to all of you who have lost your beloved family matriarch. I am so saddened by the news, which just reached me today. It is heart breaking to think that Linda is gone. I've known her, since I was 13 years old. As some of you may remember, my family also lived on Quinpool Crescent just down the street from the Clarkes, and we kids often walked home together in a group from Bell to the outer reaches of Lynwood. We, the "group of local girls", often went to Friday night dances at St. Rick's and St. Basel's throughout high school, and Paula (my older sister) and I could always count on Linda, Carol, Wendy and Karen to go too. Times with Linda were always fun. When I think of her, I think of her elegance and her soft voice, and her wonderful laugh. She was close friends with Paula, and though I was younger, I often tagged along too. I moved to Montreal after graduation for almost 50 years and have recently moved back to Ottawa. Linda was always fun to be with in our teen years, and even sometimes when I visited Ottawa, Paula got us all together again, and we chatted like it was yesterday.
You were all so lucky to have her in your lives, and I'm sure you miss her terribly. My thoughts are with you all and I hope you visit her in dreams, and always find her presence in your daily lives.
- Linda (Chill) Miller Eubank

Dear Rich, Adam, Lauren and Jimmy, Roger, Martin and families,
I am absolutely devastated to hear that Linda has passed. Although we have not seen each other for a few years we were the best of friends for so many years and spent time together on the golf course over the years. I am so sorry now that we did not keep in touch much over the last few years except for trading news in Christmas cards. Please except my sincerest sympathy for your loss. She was a special person and I have so many great memories of time spent with her since we were best friends in high school and neighbours on Quinpool Crescent. Condolences to all for the loss of such a wonderful woman.
Paula (Chill) Munro & Gillis

Deeply saddened by the loss of my beautiful sister Linda. Linda was the matriarch
of our Clarke family and the glue that held us together. My heart is broken as I've lost a sister and a friend. Our deepest sympathies to Richard, Lauren, Pasquale, Adam, Sarah and all the beautiful grandkids that brought joy and happiness into Linda's heart and life - Chase, Bronson, Leah, Tate and Frankie.
Linda would want us to remember her for the grace and vitality she brought to everything she did. Her life was enriched by family and friends and we are so thankful that she found the love of her life in Richard.
Rest In Peace Sis - Love Roger & Joanne, Meg & Ian, Meredith, Keith & Laurier, Malia, Ryla, Connor and Lily-Jo.
