Obituary of Kenneth Young

Passed peacefully on July 4, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Ken is survived by his wife, Valerie Nixon, his children, Tim (Lana), Ben (Valerie), Matt (Rawni), Emma, and grandchildren. A very special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and all other staff in both the emergency room and the intensive care unit at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for the care and compassion given to Ken and his family in his final hours. At Ken’s request there will be no service. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
