With aching hearts Monique and I learned of our good friend's passing. Our sincere and deepest sympathies we send to Gail and the close knit Downey family he so loved.
Phil was the essence of a true gentleman and a connoisseur of the joys of life. A "hail fellow well met" type of man, he was a mentor, always only a phone call away. And he gave you his undivided attention and help. There was no limit to his energy, his kindness or dedication to helping his colleagues, staff or his community. A life so well lived you have now have a bigger audience who will listen with rapt attention to your jokes and your amazing auctioneering talents as you auction off the best clouds to new arrivals.
