Obituary of Joel Elkin

After a brief battle with cancer, it is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear brother Joel Max Elkin, who is also survived by his 102 year old mom, and by his longtime partner, both of whom he cared for with extraordinary kindness.

Joel was an artist who graced us with his warmth, kindness and generous artistic talent that he shared generously and unconditionally.

He is survived by loving family and friends in Ottawa, Milton and Montreal and by his extended family at the Home Depot in Barrhaven where he enjoyed the company of his colleagues and friends for the past fourteen years.
