Sue Verdier and I were quite shock to see Sue's obit. Although we haven't kept in touch over the years we always felt her to be a lovely considerate person. Our condolences to Gary and Nancy as well as the rest of the family. Unfortunately due to work and the short notice we are unable to attend the celebration of Sue's life. She is in our thoughts and prayers as we have good memories of her.

Sincere condolences to Gary, Logan, Leah, Alex, Ross, and the extended family on Sue’s passing.
I’m deeply sorry that I cannot attend the Celebration of Life, as I am in Alberta attending to a family commitment.
Over the years, Dale and I have shared many laughs and wonderful memories with Sue and Gary—many of them during “beer o’clock” on the dock at their beautiful lakefront property on Lac St. Germain. We have shared dinners with Sue and Gary and other lake friends at our cottage, visited their oceanfront retreat on Emerald Isle, North Carolina, where we enjoyed the sun, sand, surf, and southern hospitality, enjoyed weekend getaways to Calabogie, as well as evenings spent dining and listening to live music together.
Sue was a joy to be around—her warmth, laughter, and vibrant spirit made every gathering special. Dale and I will miss her dearly.
With heartfelt sympathy, Doug Fowler and Dale McCulloch

I would like to send my love and sincerest condolences to Susan’s family. Susan was the educator of a playgroup my three kids and attended. She was warm, kind and fun and we have fond memories of her storytime circles. She was a lovely woman.

Sue and I met in college. We had the whole world ahead of us to explore and conquer.
We shared a love of sunrises and sunsets.
She had a joie de vivre that was infectious.
Family, travel, being outdoors, good food, good company; we shared joyfully and with gusto.
My friend for life.
You will be missed, dear Susan.
Gary, Logan, Leah, sincerest condolences.

Gary, Logan and Leah please accept my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your Wife, Mother and best friend. Being connected through the friendship of Leah and Kelsey, our daughters, over the years, I am thankful to have many memories of conversations and interactions with Sue. She always left me feeling very warm. Sue was so grounded and full of love and pride for her family. Such a kind soul taken way too early. It seems like yesterday, when we were chatting about retirement and pickleball, as she doing her walk down Coolspring crescent.

Memories from many sleepovers at the Dukes, volleyball road trips and Leah & Ross’ wedding in North Carolina. Sue will always be remembered by her kind heart, loving demeanour, and love of flowers and gardens. Thank you for raising the most amazing daughter, Leah…she looks just like you. We love you Sue. Sending all my love to the Duke/Mann family xo
