When I first met Don in the early 2000’s, I was inspired by his dedication to social justice causes. He was an early and very vocal advocate of gay rights, devoting his entire life to the pursuit of equality.
Don was a compassionate person, never hesitating to help those in need. He will be fondly remembered by those who were touched by his kindness and generosity.
