Obituary of Therese Marie Louise Renwick

Therese "Terri" Renwick, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend to many, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, at the age of 77 surrounded by family.

Born on January 2, 1948, Terri lived a life of love and joy. She had a special talent for finding thoughtful treasures while shopping, always thinking of others with her generous heart. Whether selecting the perfect gift or sharing a warm conversation, she showed her deep care and thoughtfulness in countless ways.

Above all, her greatest happiness came from spending time with her family but especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Terri’s face would light up when sharing special moments with them, laughing and creating memories that will be cherished forever.

She grew up in a large and lively family, one of nine children, and cherished the bond she shared with her four brothers, four sisters, in-laws and countless nieces and nephews throughout her life. She loved reminiscing and sharing stories of her childhood, filled with laughter, adventures, and the special closeness only a big family can bring.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Ronald Renwick, son Keith, daughter Kimberly and her two cherished grandchildren, Hailey and Nathan. Her memory will continue to be a guiding light for her family and friends.

A Celebration of Therese’s Life will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa. Online condolences may be made at colefuneralservices.com
