Obituary of Jozsef Imre

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Bela Imre (1928-2025). Joseph was taken to his eternal resting place on March 6, 2025. Joseph was a beloved member of the family and of his community. He was a devoted husband to Julianna Imre, a father to Stephen Imre, grandfather to Joseph Imre Jr. (Joey), and a loving friend to all the lives he touched over his 96 years on this earth. He also leaves an extended family in his native homeland of Hungary, including a niece and two great-nieces. Joseph was a guiding force, a man of great humour, a creative mind, a writer and published author, and a person who put his family above all else. He will be so dearly missed and will have a permanent place in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him.
