Hi Judy,
I remember well the times Ed & I flew into Ottawa to spend time with you & Russy; how the two men put a new roof on the cottage, and Ed helped keep the big yard shipshape while we were there.
There are too many to number those who were at the Pearly Gates to welcome you. I know for a fact, Russy & his brother, Ed, were standing there with open arms.
I had never before experienced the love and camaraderie when much of the family gathered on the porch for morning coffee. Or how you went home every night to care for your dogs, returning the next morning laden with food you prepared for dinner. We women all took turns.
I remember, too, the times Russy & Scott came to Mission, BC, and went to Kilby in our motorhome. How Scott & Ed came back with fish for the freezer, fish caught at the confluence of the Harrison River and the Fraser River. Russy stayed there — he enjoyed it that much.
It is with a tremendous amount of love, I say bye for now.
