அமரர் யோகேஸ்வரி செல்லத்துரை  அவர்களின் நினைவாக

24 ஐப்பசி 1942 – 25 வைகாசி 2026

யோகேஸ்வரி செல்லத்துரை அவர்கள், 2026 வைகாசி 25 (திங்கட்கிழமை) அன்று இறைபதம் அடைந்தார்,  என்பதை ஆழ்ந்த துயரத்துடன் அறிவிக்கின்றோம். 
அவர் மறைந்த திரு. செல்லத்துரை வல்லிபுரத்தின் அன்பு மனைவியும், மறைந்த திரு. மற்றும் திருமதி. ராஜரத்தினத்தின் மகளும், புண்ணியமூர்த்தி, விக்னேஸ்வரமூர்த்தி, இராஜேஸ்வரி, கணேசமூர்த்தி, கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி, சூரியமூர்த்தி, வசந்தி மற்றும் மறைந்த திரு. தங்கவடிவேல், புவனேஸ்வரியின் மூத்த சகோதரியும் ஆவார்.

அவர் தனது பிள்ளைகளான மோகன், சசிதரன், பிரியதர்ஷினி, மருமகள்களான டிலானி, நந்தசுசிலா, மருமகனான துஷியந்தன் (ஆதவன்) , பேரப்பிள்ளைகளான மரினோ விகாஷ்,வாஷினி மரினோ விகாஷ், ஜோபிதா, ஹரினிகா, இஷானிகா,டிலக்.ஷன், நிதூஜா, ஜனூஷா, கொள்ளுப்பேரப்பிள்ளையான விஹானா மரினோ விகாஷ்  மற்றும் குடும்பத்தினரால் நினைவுகூறப்படுகிறார்.

பருத்தித்துறையை பிறப்பிடமாகவும் மற்றும் கனடாவை வசிப்பிடமாகவும் கொண்ட இவர் 24 ஐப்பசி 1942 அன்று பிறந்தார். தமது வாழ்நாளை முழுமையாக குடும்பத்திற்கும் சமூகத்திற்கும் அர்ப்பணித்த அவர் சமையல், ஆலயச் செயற்பாடுகள், தேவாரப் பாடல்கள் பாடுதல் போன்றவற்றில் மிகுந்த ஆர்வம் கொண்டிருந்தார். தாம் நேசித்தவர்களுடன் நேரம் செலவிடுவதில் அவருக்கு அளவில்லா மகிழ்ச்சி இருந்தது.

யோகேஸ்வரி அவர்கள் அன்பும் அரவணைப்பும் நிறைந்த தாய், பாட்டி, பெரிய பாட்டி, சகோதரி மற்றும் நண்பராக அனைவராலும் நேசிக்கப்பட்டவர். அவருடைய கருனைமிகு இதயம், மன உறுதி, எல்லையற்ற அன்பு, பண்பு, இரக்க குணம், கபடமற்ற புன்னகை,  மற்றும் அனைவருடனும் பகிர்ந்து கொண்ட  நினைவுகள், அவர் எம்மை விட்டு பிரிந்தாலும் என்றும் உயிருடன் வாழும்.

இறுதி அஞ்சலி மற்றும் மத சடங்குகள் Pinecrest Remembrance Services (2500 baseline rd. Ottawa, ON இல்,, 31 வைகாசி 2026, ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை நடைபெறும். அவரது வாழ்வை நினைவுகூறவும் குடும்பத்தாருடன் இணைந்து அவரது ஆன்மா சாந்தியடைய இறைவனிடம் பிரார்த்திக்கவும் அன்புடன் அழைக்கிறோம்.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Yogeswary Sellathurai, who peacefully passed away on Monday May 25, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Yogeswary  was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness, strength, and warmth touched everyone who knew her. She will be remembered for her loving heart, her wisdom, and the countless memories she created with family and friends throughout her life.

Born in Point Pedro, Sri Lanka on October 24th 1942, she spent her life dedicated to her family and community. She enjoyed cooking, Temple activities, Temple thevarams, etc, and nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with those she loved.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren & family members. She was predeceased by spouse Mr. Sellathurai Valipuram, parents Mr. & Mrs.Kanavathipillai, younger brother Thangavadivel & younger sister puveneswary.Her family will forever cherish her gentle spirit, her warm smiles, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held at Pinecrest funeral services located at 2500 Baseline Rd. Ottawa, ON on Sunday May 31st, 2026. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate her life. Viewing: 8am - 10am .Celebration of life and religious rituals 9am - 12pm. Cremation: 12:30pm .Lunch: 1:30pm. For those who cannot attend the funeral service, a livestream of the service will be available at this Service Link.
