Dear Jeannine and family, I am most saddened to learn of the passing of Frank. From the time I was a little girl and he would visit the Filoso home on Bayswater and Hickory to seeing him in our community, with the Church choir and to having him do some renovations at our first home, Frank was always the gentleman.
