Saturday, January 24, 2026
On behalf of the Carleton Condominium Corporation No. 259 community, we are deeply saddened to learn of Carl's passing. As a long standing resident and former CCC 259 Board President, his steadfast commitment to representing his constituents made Carl a powerful and charismatic community leader. While his legacy will live on, his presence will be missed. Our thoughts continue to be with Ann as she remains in care and we offer our heartfelt condolences to her and Carl's children, his extended family and all others whose lives he touched.
Sincerely,
CCC 259's Board of Directors

To the family, please accept my sincere condolences. I worked with Carl back in the early 90's and thourghly enjoyed his upbeat and mischevious personality. He was a pleasure to be around and work with during my time with the city. May he rest in peace.

My condolence to the family. Carl and I haunted management with our antics, but you were definitely the joker. Then we both retired together leaving management in silence. They were glad we left but ad.itted missing our antics. Carl was a great friend and good at starting rumors. You will be missed more now but can start new rumors where you are now. See you soon buddy. Bit not yet. ;)

Worked with Carl almost 40 years ago as a young Parking Control Officer. Always had a way to make me laugh with some funny rumour and always seemed to be in a hurry with his quick walk. RIP Carl.

We were sorry to hear about Carl's passing. He was a very caring person. Each time we visited him in hospital or when we talked with him, even though he may have been suffering, he always asked how the family was doing. He also had a great sense of humor and would try and lighten any situation. Deb Curry(Ann's sister)

Sincere condolences, Anne and Casey. Carl was a genuinely good person who selflessly gave so much of his time to help his community. I’ll miss seeing his fast walk around the Crescent.
Rest easy friend. Jill N
