Obituary of Leonard "Len" O'Neill
October 25, 1939 – December 11, 2025
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leonard.
Len leaves behind Sandra Casagrande, his high school sweetheart and beloved wife of 63 years. He was a devoted father to his three sons—his “God-given gifts,” whom he loved so much—David (Cathy), Mark (Carla), and Robert. Len was also a proud and loving grandfather to Matthew (Kat), Brittany, Sam, Kate, and Stuart, and a cherished great-grandfather to Avery and Ellie. Leonard leaves behind many nieces, nephews and his extended & caring family including Joanne & Graham Pearce, Lydia & Jim Bayne and Peter & Rebecca Casagrande.
Len was predeceased by his parents, Florence and Leonard O’Neill, and by his parents-in-law, Anthony and Pauline Casagrande. He survived by his sister Francis and was predeceased by his sister Shirley & Doris.
Len thoroughly enjoyed his many years as a photolithographer, working in the graphic art, and his time with British American Bank Note. In recent years, Len was fortunate to receive excellent, compassionate care from the caring staff at Villa Marconi, for which the family is deeply grateful.
We are comforted knowing that Len is no longer suffering and is now at peace in God’s care.
