Dear family, we are so sad to hear that our Uncle Rudy (Ujo) died last month. The last time we had been in Canada was in 2017. Those two pictures are from our last visit. Our condolences come to all of you. Our thoughts and prayers go to heaven. Your Cousin Ellen and husband Joachim from Germany

We would like to send our condolences to the Stanke family. I worked at Hampton Paints for 13 years and spending time with Rudy was a joy. He taught me so much about paint and customer service. I loved his stories of Germany and his early years in Ottawa, learning English in the Byward Market. He was so proud of his daughter Trish for taking over the business.
