I have so many great memories with Phil. how he and I met at Tall Pines one year when he needed a codriver to many nights working at Automotion working on our cars.. my heart is broken

My family and I are deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Philip Assad. Our conbdolences to his wife Susan, his children Rachel and Ryan and their families; and to the extended family. Philip and I go back a long way and I have wonderful memories of the time we spent together. One of my fondest memories is driving with Philip and Len from Toronto to Brooklyn, New York for Philip's wedding. The trip was enjoyable, filled with lots of jokes, fun and laughter. Philip will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Rest in peace

My condolences to Phil's wife and family. I have had the pleasure of working with Phil for the last 2 years. He always made everyone feel welcome and appreciated. I loved hearing the stories about his travels and his family. His face would light up when he spoke of them, and it was clear how much love and pride he has for them.
