Dear Heather
We did not know each other for very long, met at Francesca, but we connected right away. We had lunches where we talked for hours.
Most memorable though is the trip to Quebec where we went to this little cemetery for my project Save the graves.
For you it was a trip down memory lane in your family's history. Afterwards we visited one of your relatives. So many laughs that day. It was on our agenda to have another fun day out. Life had other ideas though.
I so wanted to be there on Saturday to say good-bye, but today I am flying out to my home country due to a death in the family.
You will understand I know. Miss you my friend.

Heather will be so missed by all that loved her. She was truly a cherished friend for 50 plus years. Her sweet loving and kind spirit is forever in Bill’s and my heart. God needs her now to brighten the heavens. Loving her forever.
