Aunt Laurie, I loved getting the pictures of her pup when she and Bruce first got them. The cute hair cuts or the updates on it. When someone says her name I will always remember a beautiful woman that was the rock of her family. Nothing went past her..:). A honest none bias woman who was kind and fair. She loved Bruce, her family and friends and her little dog too! Gone way too soon. rest in the sweetest peace

To my loving Sister Laurie she was the light in my life. She was my best friend, my confident and my partner in crime. Laurie was the rock of our family keeping all of her siblings in line, listening and giving advice to what ever issues we had. The memories I have of all the vacations we took to Florida, Cuba and Mexico I will cherish forever I will so deeply miss all the morning texts and phore calls we shared. It is with a heavy Heart that I Share the passing of my beautiful Sister Laurie Powell on Wednesday. May 22,2024. There are few things in life, like a bond between Sisters and l was lucky enough to have one I loved beyond words. My favorite memories are the wonderful vacations we got to do together, my favorite memories are in Florida expecially when the 6 of us went down to see Mom & Dad and we rented the seadoos and got to see the dolphins. and manatees.
